Since joining Ray White in 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various roles in real estate, but property management with all of it's dynamic complexity is what excites me the most. My focus is to provide unwavering support to our property management team which ensures our clients enjoy a seamless, stress free experience.

Property Management is an industry that needs adaptability and strong teamwork. From navigating evolving legislation to solving fast-moving problems alongside owners, tenants, and contractors, no two days are ever the same.  Being backed by Ray White gives our team an extraordinary edge. The extensive network support and robust asset ecosystem allow us to handle every situation with absolute confidence and stability.

I am a strong advocate for process and early tech adoption. By implementing smart, forward-thinking systems, I help streamline daily operations for our staff. When our team has the best tools to succeed, that efficiency translates directly into a smoother, high value service for all of our clients.

At the end of the day, my focus is always on people above all else. I thrive in a fast paced environment and take immense pride in being in the engine room behind our team's success. I’m proud to support a team here in the Bay that is innovative, deeply committed, and doesn’t take itself too seriously (even though we take our jobs very seriously!)
